Spotless hotel, free for guests. Superb location, excellent for beach.
-
Clean pool, parking accessibility was so easy. Great location, not really far from the city centre

The staff was helpful and the bed was lovely. On-site restaurant Duna Beach was a bonus, had dinner there. Free bus was a nice touch...

Excellent location and quite comfortable hotel, its facilities are quite good. The room has a very quiet porch where to spend some time to rest and disconnect is quite good, the wonderful mattress super comfortable and nice, very nice staff and willing to help in anything. Excellent and well-stocked buffet.
The cleanliness of the room leaves you wishing as soon as you enter the nespresso machine you could see a fairly thick layer of dust when you run your finger through it. Entering the bathroom when looking at the shower floor you could see hairs and like dirt in the joints of many days, without commenting on the bathroom extractor fan that dyed dust of more than years so it is believed to look gray of layers between layers. Because of my allergy I would appreciate a little more cleaning in the room

It's quite central..when you take half board.they let you eat in three different restaurants that have..A great idea. It's good with gym, heated pool, yacussi.and then the normal one..Very nice people..Highlight the person who welcomes you every day for breakfast. Very nice and friendly. The free parking lot...lacks a little organization...But it does its job.
The service that they have to take you to the beach by bus is good...you have access to the swimming pool that there is in this beach. But they charge you 10 euros for the deckchairs when you go...the prices of the food they give you are scenic. And the people who are in charge of the swimming pool are a little overwhelming and heavy,. A pity because it is a product for the hotel .. Very good... but the quality is low... but the beach chairs are free.

Entertainment for kitchen workers about severe and life-threatening allergies such as allergies to nuts that can stop breathing within two minutes. A lady from the hotel in the restaurant wouldn't give me an orange for my daughter until I explained in detail about her condition but it was very unpleasant. This is a pandemic problem in the United States and Canada and England and you have to train to be able to accommodate people who have difficulty eating. Something very simple for all the rest of us.
The young people in the restaurant tried to help a lot, but an older lady didn't understand accommodation. It would be good to train because the hotel is very excellent and something like that can prevent people from coming back

The buffet was great, as were the pools at both the hotel and beach club. You can't beat the price!
All of the staff was nice, but they weren't as friendly and welcoming as places I've stayed in the past.

The breakfast is amazing, fresh and huge selection. The pool area is great for just soaking up the sun and cooling off. The location is great close to everything, he bars, the water, the square & train station.
-
Location with shuttle bus regularly to Beach with reserved beds/canopies. Beach bar/restaurant with swimming pool. Central location within 10 minutes of Lagos centre and numerous restaurants. Friendliness of staff and good service. Would return without hesitation and happy to recommend.
Lots of steps however this was not unexpected as this is a spelt out factor prior to booking.
-
Excellent location. Loved all the facilities especially having the mini bus every half an hour to duna beach resort. Breakfasts spoilt for choice. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Wished we had been staying longer.
-
Excellent central location for walking to numerous restaurants/cafes/beach in Lagos. Reasonably spacious rooms and all areas clean and comfortable. Plenty of comfortable sitting areas in the hotel. Pool area very nice but maybe not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. Excellent shuttle service to beach club. Breakfast plenty of choice.

Tivoli Lagos is perhaps the best hotel I have stayed in Europe (I am a frequent traveller) in terms of value for money. If you are travelling to Lagos, look no further. This is the best hotel you will get. Though classified as a 4 star, it has a 5 star feel about it. The breakfast buffet is the best you can get and the restaurant is spacious and very well designed. The food prices were reasonable which is why perhaps the bar is so well occupied in the evenings. Very conveniently located close to the Marina and the shopping/restaurant area which thrives till midnight.

Clean friendly hotel - would stay again when in same area
-
The comfort of our room, and the staff/client relationship. The variety of breakfast was very good too. I particularly liked the view of the stalks nest and the incoming seagulls has dawn broke. For nature lovers, I could not have had a better view from my balcony.

The breakfast buffet was the richest on our Portugal tour (9 hotels)
Rather small room for 4-star hotel
